Having trouble with Yubely? This guide covers the most common issues and their solutions.

Content Generation Issues

Video generation stuck at 0%

Possible causes:

  • High server load
  • Browser connection issue
  • Large video duration selected

Solutions:

  1. Wait 5 minutes - generation may be queued
  2. Refresh your browser
  3. Check status page for outages
  4. Try a shorter video duration first

"Generation Failed" error

Possible causes:

  • Temporary server error
  • Invalid preset configuration
  • Account limit reached

Solutions:

  1. Click "Retry" to attempt again
  2. Check your preset settings are valid
  3. Verify you have remaining video credits
  4. Contact support if persists

Music quality seems low

Possible causes:

  • Preview mode playing lower quality
  • Specific genre limitations
  • Browser audio settings

Solutions:

  1. Download the final video for full quality
  2. Try different genre settings
  3. Check browser isn't limiting audio
  4. Ensure high-quality preset is selected

Visuals don't match expectations

Solutions:

  1. Review and adjust visual preset settings
  2. Try a different visual style
  3. Use the preview feature before full generation

YouTube Upload Issues

Upload fails immediately

Possible causes:

  • YouTube connection expired
  • Channel in bad standing
  • Video file corruption

Solutions:

  1. Reconnect your YouTube account
  2. Check YouTube Studio for channel issues
  3. Re-generate the content
  4. Try downloading and manually uploading

Video uploads but is processing forever

Possible causes:

  • YouTube's processing queue
  • Very long video duration
  • High resolution video

Solutions:

  1. Wait - YouTube can take hours for long videos
  2. Check YouTube Studio directly
  3. Videos up to 10hr may take 12+ hours to process

"Quota Exceeded" error

Possible causes:

  • Hit YouTube's daily API limit
  • Too many uploads in 24 hours

Solutions:

  1. Wait 24 hours for quota reset
  2. Space out your uploads
  3. Upgrade plan for higher API quotas

Video appears as private

Possible causes:

  • YouTube's spam detection
  • New channel restrictions
  • Scheduled for future date

Solutions:

  1. Check if video is scheduled, not private
  2. Verify in YouTube Studio settings
  3. New channels may have upload restrictions

Account Issues

Can't log in

Solutions:

  1. Use "Forgot Password" to reset
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies

  4. Check if account email is correct

Two-factor authentication locked out

Solutions:
