Understanding Content Presets

Content presets are the heart of Yubely's automation. They define exactly how your content will be generated, ensuring consistency across all your videos.

What is a Preset?

A preset is a saved configuration that includes:

  • Music settings - Genre, mood, tempo, instrumentation
  • Visual settings - Style, colors, animations
  • Video settings - Duration, format, quality
  • Metadata templates - Title patterns, descriptions, tags

Creating a New Preset

Step 1: Access Preset Settings

  1. Go to your brand's dashboard
  2. Click "Settings" → "Content Presets"
  3. Click "Create New Preset"

Step 2: Configure Music Settings

Setting Description Options
Genre Primary music style Lofi, Ambient, Meditation, Brown Noise, etc.
Mood Emotional tone Peaceful, Energetic, Melancholic, Uplifting
Tempo Beats per minute Slow (60-80), Medium (80-110), Fast (110+)
Instruments Sound elements Piano, Synth, Strings, Nature sounds

Step 3: Configure Visual Settings

Setting Description Options
Style Visual aesthetic Minimal, Cosmic, Nature, Abstract, Fireplace
Animation Movement type Static, Subtle motion, Dynamic
Color Palette Primary colors Warm, Cool, Monochrome, Custom
Overlay Text/effects Timer, Title, Visualizer, None

Step 4: Set Video Parameters

  • Duration: Choose from 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, or 10 hours
  • Resolution: 1080p (standard) or 4K (Pro plans)
  • Format: YouTube-optimized MP4

Step 5: Define Metadata Templates

Create templates for auto-generated metadata:

Title Template Example:

{mood} {genre} Music for {purpose} | {duration} Hours

Description Template: Include keywords, timestamps, and calls-to-action.

Using Built-in Presets

  • Relaxed hip-hop instrumentals
  • Warm, nostalgic visuals
  • Perfect for study/work playlists

Deep Sleep

  • Ultra-slow ambient soundscapes
  • Dark, calming visuals
  • 8-10 hour durations

Meditation & Yoga

  • Nature sounds with soft music
  • Peaceful nature scenes
  • Timer overlays optional

Brown Noise Focus

  • Pure noise variants
  • Minimal/abstract visuals
  • Extended durations

Best Practices

1. Start with Built-in Presets

Modify existing presets rather than starting from scratch. This ensures proven settings.

2. Create Niche-Specific Presets

Different content types need different settings:

  • Short (1hr) for testing
  • Long (10hr) for sleep content
  • Medium (3hr) for study music

3. Test Before Bulk Generation

Create one video with a new preset and review before generating more.

4. Document Your Presets

Name presets clearly:

  • āœ… "Lofi_Study_3hr_Minimal"
  • āŒ "Preset 1"

Advanced: Custom Presets

Pro users can access advanced customization:

Music Fine-Tuning

  • Custom BPM ranges
  • Specific instrument weights
  • Transition styles

  • Upload custom background images
  • Define color hex codes
  • Adjust animation speeds

Preset Troubleshooting

Content sounds too similar

Solution: Vary these settings between presets:

  • Tempo range
  • Instrument selection
  • Mood variations

Visuals don't match brand

Solution:

  • Use consistent color palettes
  • Try different visual styles
  • Consider custom uploads (Pro)

Generation takes too long

Solution:

  • Reduce video duration for tests
  • Check server status
  • Upgrade plan for priority processing
